Meet Brandon Cantrell
Brandon Cantrell (Top Left) is the craftsman behind Crochet by Brandon, a crochet business that he launched with the support of Synergies Work. Brandon started crocheting as a meditative hobby but has since grown it into an Etsy business with regular monthly orders and is now planning on expanding it by purchasing a smartphone and laptop to better manage his store and take product photos.
Meet Daniel Abadie
Daniel Abadie (Top right) is a voice over artist and the founder of Vivid Vocals VO. Daniel is part of the Synergies Work business program. He believes that there is a voice for every story and aspires to create inspiring audio that matches his clients passion for their products and services. He plans on using his funds to upgrade the equipment in his home studio as he continues to create targeted advertising and join a voice over organization.
Meet Zach Wincent
Zachary Wincent (Bottom left) is a young man with Down Syndrome. After he was furloughed from his job and day program during the COVID-19 pandemic, Zach started an organic soap business – Soap by Zach – to fill a niche he identified in his community. He creates beautiful products which helps him earn an income. Zach will be using his funds to purchase a label maker to build his brand and to create an ad campaign on Facebook.
Meet Brett Swanson
Brett Swanson (Bottom Right) is the cofounder of Three Baskateers – a nonprofit that showcases the gifts of adults with developmental disabilities. Brett and his mom Sue joined i2i business program in spring this year. Since then, the Three Basketeers business has been growing with a steady presence at outdoor markets across Metro Atlanta. They have been working with their mentor to support and augment their current marketing strategies. Brett will be using his funds to purchase an iPad to assist with customer checkouts. He will also be purchasing a branded canopy tent for outdoor events.
