Synergies Work is dedicated to serving as the premier startup hub for entrepreneurs with disabilities. We firmly believe that everyone has a gift or talent to offer to the world, and we take great pride in being able to play a small role in the growth of small businesses across the country.
We drive change through three key pillars:
1. Nurturing Grassroots Innovation
Providing small business owners with resources, mentorship, and training through Igniting Ideas and Blaze Business Accelerator programs.
2. Building Collective Action
Strengthening an ecosystem where entrepreneurs with disabilities can access networks, expertise, and financial inclusion.
3. Creating Access to Capital
Offering financial support through Synergies Seed Fund, the first CDFI dedicated to all entrepreneurs, including those with disabilities.
