Erica Cole is the Founder and CEO of No Limbits, an adaptive apparel brand on a mission to make clothing more accessible for people with disabilities. After losing her leg in a car accident in 2018, Erica experienced firsthand the challenges of finding functional, stylish clothing that accommodates mobility devices and medical needs. She launched No Limbits to solve this problem, earning recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, a Cartier Women’s Initiative Fellow, and landing a deal on Shark Tank with Mark Cuban and Emma Grede. Under her leadership, No Limbits also acquired Buck & Buck, a long-standing adaptive clothing brand for seniors, further expanding her impact in inclusive fashion.
