Frances Latimer is the founder and CEO of Open Door Billing, a mission-driven company dedicated to expanding access to mental health care, specifically in communities of color. Specializing in credentialing mental health providers with insurance companies, Frances’ work directly addresses systemic barriers that prevent access to health care. Her path to entrepreneurship is a testament to her resilience. After surviving a traumatic brain injury, she returned to school in her 60s and launched a thriving business that now supports providers and clients across the country.
