Synergies Work is funded through a combination of public and private partnerships, donations, and sponsorships. This funding allows us to offer our programs at no cost to participants.

Yes! Synergies Work offers several ways for entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and grow with guidance from peers and experienced professionals.

• Synergies Work Community Hub – A peer-to-peer mentoring space where you can ask questions, share insights, and connect with fellow entrepreneurs in an online community. Join here.
• Igniting Ideas Business Accelerator – A 3-month live group program for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to turn an idea into a business. Limited seats are available through a competitive application process. Learn more.
• Blaze Business Accelerator – A 3-month live group program for entrepreneurs with an existing business who want to scale and grow. Limited seats are available through a competitive application process. Learn more.
• Office Hours – A one-time, 20-minute, 1:1 business coaching session with a Synergies Work team member. Book a session.

Each program offers a different level of support, so you can find the right fit for your business journey! 

While prior business experience can be beneficial, it is not always necessary. Synergies Work looks for motivated individuals with a clear vision for their business and the willingness to learn and grow. 

Typically our programs require the following, but we reccomend checking the specific program page for any deviations from this: 

• Be the founder and majority owner of an active business OR are interested in starting a business. 
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Self-identify as disabled.
• Be a U.S. resident​.

The EDDIE Awards celebrate entrepreneurs with disabilities in categories like Creativity, Newcomer, Community Champion, and Techpreneur. The Entrepreneur of the Year receives a $10,000 cash prize and business support services. Learn more here.
  

The application process for the EDDIE Awards typically involves submitting an online application form, providing details about the business and the entrepreneur’s journey, and outlining how their work aligns with the award categories.
