Russell Lehmann is a charismatic activist, motivational speaker, and acclaimed author and poet who is the International Disability Rights Advocate at UCLA. Diagnosed with autism at age 12 after five weeks in a lockdown psychiatric ward, Russell spent the next 15 years in near-complete isolation due to a lack of support and understanding.
