Gail Jordan-Murray is a Miami, Florida native whose life has been defined by resilience, reinvention, and purpose. From appearing in music videos during her early years in the entertainment industry to earning an Associate of Science degree in Radiation Oncology from Miami-Dade Community College, she dedicated herself to helping cancer patients.
Life took an unexpected turn when Gail was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, a chronic neuromuscular autoimmune disease that has limited her strength, mobility, and ability to work for the past two decades. Rather than allowing adversity to define her, she transformed her personal challenges into a mission.
Driven by compassion and firsthand experience, Gail is committed to creating affordable pathways to homeownership for individuals and families, especially those living on fixed incomes. She believes that safe, stable housing should be an achievable dream—not a privilege—and is determined to become a leader in advancing practical housing solutions.
Inspired by the beauty of the ocean, the color blue, and even blue roses, Gail lives by the words:

It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home. Founded by Gail Jordan-Murray, our organization was born from lived experience, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to solving one of America’s most urgent crises—accessible, affordable housing for individuals living on fixed incomes, including people with disabilities, seniors, veterans, and hardworking families.
After being diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, Gail experienced firsthand the barriers that millions of Americans face every day. Rather than accepting these challenges as permanent, she turned them into a mission to create innovative housing solutions that restore independence, dignity, and opportunity. Our mission is to develop safe, affordable, accessible, and energy-efficient communities that empower people with disabilities to live independently while enjoying the same quality of life everyone deserves.
Every community will be thoughtfully designed using universal design principles, creating homes that are functional, modern, and welcoming for people of all abilities—not only those with disabilities.
At a time when many newly constructed homes are priced beyond the reach of average Americans, often exceeding $400,000, millions of individuals and families are left with few options. Too many people living on fixed incomes face impossible choices between paying for housing, healthcare, food, or other necessities. Many are forced into homelessness or rely on friends and relatives simply to survive.
We believe this is a systemic challenge that demands innovative, compassionate solutions. Our communities will be far more than housing developments—they will be vibrant neighborhoods designed to help residents thrive.
Our vision is to create communities where independence is supported, neighbors become family, and every resident has the opportunity to live with dignity, security, and purpose. This is more than a housing initiative—it is a national movement to redefine affordable housing in America.
