Chronically Empowered Pathways
Cat is an accessibility consultant, educator, and speaker who helps organizations, educators, and teams build access, inclusion, and belonging into their work from the start. Drawing from lived experience as a disabled and neurodivergent professional, Cat builds a bridge by focusing on real, human-centered access rather than checkbox compliance. With a background in digital accessibility and accommodations support, Cat brings a strong process mindset, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to equity and dignity. They specialize in accessibility strategy, disability inclusion, change management, and creating psychologically safe environments where people feel supported and empowered. Cat’s superpower is meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion. When not working, Cat enjoys creating art, especially transforming emotion into visual pieces that can be felt as much as they are seen, and building community spaces that center disabled and neurodivergent voices.
Chronically Empowered Pathways is a disability-led consultancy and creative practice founded by Cat, focused on advancing human-centered accessibility, disability inclusion, and meaningful systems change. Through consulting, public speaking, education, and creative work, Cat helps organizations and communities move beyond compliance toward access that is felt, lived, and sustained. Alongside this work, Cat is developing the Chronically Empowered Health Care Companion, a supportive tool designed to help disabled and chronically ill individuals navigate health care systems with clarity, confidence, and self-advocacy. The work is driven by lived experience, empathy, and systems thinking, blending strategy with storytelling and art to create deeper understanding and lasting impact. What makes this work unique is the ability to translate complex accessibility concepts into actionable practices while centering dignity, connection, and belonging.
